Its is so so good to be home. Although I will admittidly miss all the new and exciting things traveling provided, it is incrediably nice to be in the familiar. To know the language, and see my freinds again, and my beautiful home town.
Through the last six months i have learnt a great deal but probably the thing that sticks out for the most is Gods undeniable provision. Being in New Zealand we often find ourselves forgetting that God is the provider and that everything we have comes from him. THrough my travels I became so much more aware of this, there were countless times were God provided for me and blessed me in ways that were so obviously from him, when I so so needed it and could not have done it without him. I learnt to trust God so much more than I have before.
What an amazing year, cant wait for the next trip. :-)

- Firstly I want to make it clear that I dont like writing about myself. You know in school how you often had to do self assessments etc? Well that has and will always be a somewhat tedious task for me but this blog has a purpose and it will be more writing about what I'm doing, like telling a story I guess (except I'm averagly bad at story telling and I cant spell well ) but I think I can handle that. Anyhow the point of this blog is to act as a sort of mass email. I am going to be travelling for around about six months and since I am terrible at "keeping intouch" with people I made the executive decision that I would just write a blog. And so then if anyone wanted to find out what I was up too they could just check it out for themselves. And thus no one can blame me for not emailing them. I think it is an excellent idea, but I guess we will find out.
